In this context, the SILAB’s Health team organizes thematic weeks on "health and quality of life at work" at its premises. During July, several activities were offered to the staff to discover the world of relaxation. Those who wanted had the opportunity to practice exercises to be applied both professionally and personally.
A program supervised by professionals: meditation, laughter yoga, pilates, sophrology, light therapy... all in a friendly atmosphere.
Each participant was thus able to enjoy a break of relaxation and fullness. What better way to calmly tackle the challenges of everyday life?
