DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION

Our subsidiary SILAB Inc. has been established in the United States since 2003 and is responsible for the promotion and distribution of the entire product range in the country. In constant progression, we wish to activate new development levers on the American market, a major beauty market worldwide. The Sales Department ensures the daily customer relationship. Guaranteeing the technical and marketing promotion of SILAB’s active ingredients, getting involved in the projects of its partners and providing useful information about the company’s products and know-how, are routinely tasks performed by the team. 

 

As part of the Sales Department, you will participate in the development of our US growth. You will join the Customers Projects Leaders team and will work from our SILAB Inc. subsidiary office in East Brunswick, New Jersey. 

 

You will work closely with US Account Managers and Sales & Logistic Administration teams and you will be in daily connection with your counterparts at SILAB’s French headquarters all driven by a strong sense of customer service’s excellence. As a key contact for our customers, your missions will mainly consist of:

- providing direct customer support, through your expertise in technical, scientific, regulatory, marketing, and commercial aspects of our products. You will take care of their different requests, while integrating SILAB's commercial good practices;

- seek advice of our experts within the company when needed. As such, you will be the real in and out pivot of information circulation through your French counterparts interface;

- participate actively in internal meetings to develop action plans and commercial supports in accordance with objectives;

- animate the dynamics of projects with our clients through your follow-up actions, with the help of our IT tools such as CRM;

- carry out market monitoring in your area;

- thanks to your multidisciplinary vision, contribute to the analysis of your area's activity, for which you will carry out the projects reporting;

- ensure the handling of customer claims, if necessary.

 

You will also be a local key support for some targeted actions on the US market. For example, you will be in charge of dedicated prospection activities. Thus, by your proactive attitude, you will become a major element of our organization to achieve SILAB's Sales Department’s global performance through SILAB Inc.’s development. 

 

Upon your arrival, you will benefit from a dedicated training agenda and an annual training schedule linked to SILAB University program (France and USA).

PROFIL

As this job mixes science and business, we require a bachelor or an engineering degree in cosmetics, pharmacy, biology, agronomy, or chemistry, recently graduated or with a successful experience in a similar position or in management of commercial projects.

 

Motivated by the management of projects to serve customers relationships, you are organized and proactive, you like to communicate and work in a team, and you wish to blossom in a position that combines science and business in an environment of long-term vision development.
